Occupational Highlights

• Some of of my interests are in DevOps, business information systems, Internet operations, project management and process development.
• I have now shifted back to Consulting after spending five years working at Amazon Lab126 doing computer infrastructure in a secure DevOps environment.
• For several years I did consulting and contracting work is focused on Linux server operations and application administration for a Unified Communications service.
• I have previously done information systems work for Sun Microsystems. The last activity was in technical support of their main Java Technology website http://java.sun.com. I was part of the Internet Operations infrastructure team. This team implements the hardware and software for the website. • I worked at Sun Microsystems for over 10 years developing information solutions using a variety of tools, relational databases and languages including C, SQL, various Unix shells, Sybase, and Oracle. A particular focus of my work has been in statistical process control, quality control and manufacturing applications.
